The Journey
I began as a mechanical engineer from IIT Roorkee, later earning my MBA in Finance and studying marketing at XLRI. Early career success gave me structure, but it was working with people that truly lit me up.
At 25, I turned entrepreneur and soon after, coach. What started as a bold leap became a lifelong calling: helping leaders, teams, and cultures transform from the inside out.
Today, with 25+ years of experience, I help organizations align purpose with performance creating lasting impact through clarity, connection, and culture.
