    Who Owns the Problem? – Teams were presented with a real workplace challenge and asked to brainstorm solutions from an intrapreneurial perspective. This approach shifted participants from dependency to ownership mindset, encouraging them to take initiative rather than waiting for direction.

    Decision Making – Participants explored innovation scenarios requiring quick decisions with limited information. These simulations built confidence in decision-making under uncertainty, strengthened communication, and cultivated a proactive, problem-solving mindset across teams.

    Activities & Outcomes

    Teams were provided creative props and encouraged to prepare displays reflecting all four brand values. These exercises not only connected employees to core values but also enhanced innovation and collaboration across geographies.

    "In it to win it" – A dynamic sequence of competitive tasks under changing scenarios. Participants had to adapt, strategize, and support each other. The experience cultivated adaptability, competitive spirit, and alignment with organizational goals.

    • Break down silos and foster shared accountability beyond formal structures.


    Activities & Outcomes
    Participants were asked to jointly envision and co-create a shared future. Through collective ideation, empathy and trust grew, improving mutual respect. This initiative deepened inter-team collaboration, with visible improvements in cross-functional alignment and team dynamics.

    Activities & Outcomes

    Each team was given a challenge to build a bridge using incomplete props and a limited budget. This required collaboration with other teams, reinforcing the importance of interdependence and resourcefulness. The program emphasized gratitude, problem-solving, and a collective team identity.

    All 150+ participants were involved in a final joint challenge, symbolizing the culmination of learning. The experience established deeper team synergy and reinforced that success is dependent on collaboration and mutual support.

    Participants were divided into client and support teams. Client teams dynamically changed requirements, compelling support teams to adjust swiftly and creatively. This simulation replicated real-world volatility and encouraged participants to innovate under pressure.

    The process led to a significant shift in mindset regarding change. Teams walked away with a stronger appreciation of the innovation process and the stages of mastering change in real-time environments.

    Teams faced unconventional challenges that required them to bypass traditional methods and question existing norms. As they explored new approaches, they uncovered the stages of innovation and identified key blockers. This process built trust and highlighted the power of co-dependency in sparking creativity and team resilience.

    • Ignite ideation and innovation in new workstreams.

    Activity & Outcome

    A structured thought-work intervention using gamified, competitive tasks helped teams apply creative ideation techniques in real-time. Over the course of the session, 476 new ideas were generated — a testament to the power of experiential learning in driving strategic innovation.
